Job summary

VENTORA Group is seeking a driven Sales Representative to develop new business in the Adelaide market and manage an established customer base. This field-based role focuses on residential building projects, working with builders, architects and trades to guide customers from enquiry to order.

You’ll identify opportunities, prepare quotations, conduct site measures, read plans, and maintain CRM records while meeting sales targets and contributing to pension-friendly benefits and training

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Experience within the building products, construction or related industries.
• Knowledge of windows and doors highly regarded but not essential.
• Experience working with builders, architects and trade customers.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Commercial awareness and solution-selling capability.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A self-motivated, resilient and results-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a pipeline of profitable new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with builders, architects and trade customers.
• Achieve sales, revenue and margin targets across the territory.
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings.
• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities.
• Read and interpret building plans and specifications.
• Complete plan take-offs and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
• Provide regular activity and sales reporting.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products and market developments.
