Job summary

Ventora Group in Adelaide is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our Windows & Doors business across the local territory. You will develop new opportunities, manage an established customer base, and work autonomously in the field to guide customers from enquiry through to order.

The role focuses on relationship-based selling within the residential construction channel, reading plans, conducting site visits, and providing quotes. A self-motivated, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, business development or account management experience.
• Experience within the building products, construction or related industries preferred.
• Knowledge of windows and doors highly regarded but not essential.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a pipeline of profitable new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with builders, architects and trade customers.
• Achieve sales, revenue and margin targets across the territory.
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings.
• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities.
• Read and interpret building plans and specifications.
• Complete plan take-offs and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
• Provide regular activity and sales reporting.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products and market developments.
