Qualifications

• Possess a valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel the territory.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Organised, strategic, and confident in planning and prioritising work.
• Problem-solver who turns challenges into opportunities.
• Resilient, energetic, and able to thrive through change.
• FMCG, retail, or convenience experience is an advantage (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide insights and sharpen market decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product availability and promotional success.
• Deliver regular reporting on sales performance, opportunities, and market intelligence.
