Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Business Development Executive for a permanent, full-time role based in the Perth (Joondalup area) region in Western Australia. You will drive visibility, availability and great customer experiences while uncovering new opportunities and strengthening partnerships across your territory.

This field sales role requires travel across the territory with a company vehicle and a focus on delivering against sales targets, market insights and promotional

Qualifications

• Results-driven with a strong focus on sales, service and execution.
• Valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to travel across the territory.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, strategic and confident in planning and prioritising work.
• Problem-solver who turns challenges into opportunities.
• FMCG/retail/convenience experience is an advantage (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor competitor activity and customer trends to provide insights and sharpen market decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product availability and promotional success.
• Deliver regular reporting on sales performance, opportunities, and market intelligence.
