Southcott Pty Ltd is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our Sydney team. You will manage key customer accounts, develop new business opportunities and drive sales across your allocated territory while delivering technical solutions.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Leader, you will work with internal teams to understand customer needs, build long-term partnerships and contribute to growth. A commercially driven sales professional with hydraulic industry experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in territory sales within hydraulics or a related industrial field.
• Proven ability to grow key accounts and meet sales targets.
• Strong commercial, communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and OEMs.
• Manage an allocated portfolio and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with customers to understand operational needs and provide solutions.
• Assist with pricing, forecasting and sales planning.
