Lead Group seeks an Area Sales Manager - Industrial Solutions based in South East Queensland to oversee hydraulics and industrial hoses across Queensland and Western Australia. You will cultivate distributor and end-user relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive sustainable account development with our specialist team.

With internal sales support, you will manage quotes, provide technical recommendations, and participate in strategic planning, while maintaining an accurate CRM

Competenze

• Experience in account management, business development or territory sales within hydraulics, industrial hoses or related technical sectors.
• Engineering qualification, preferably mechanical, is required.
• Strong relationship management skills with distributors, end users and senior decision-makers.
• Ability to understand customer applications and work with internal specialists.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, end users and key decision-makers.
• Build territory and account plans identifying growth opportunities across existing and new customers.
• Spend time with customers to understand operations, challenges and upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with distributor partners to strengthen engagement and identify opportunities for the specialist product range.
• Coordinate quotations, technical recommendations and customer support with internal sales.
• Present solutions, negotiate commercial terms and build relationships through to senior management.
• Maintain an accurate CRM and pipeline, aiming for sales targets and territory objectives.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with the Head of Sales to shape the territory strategy.
