Qualifications

• Background in hydraulics, mechanical engineering or related technical industry.
• Mechanical Engineering graduates or junior engineers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries and providing technical product advice.
• Assisting customers with hydraulic components, product selection and applications.
• Preparing quotations, processing orders and following up with customers.
• Working closely with external sales and experienced technical specialists.
• Finding practical solutions to customer requirements.
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships.
