Job summary

The Lucas Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business and strengthen relationships with growers and agribusinesses across the southern Murray–Darling Basin. You will develop territory plans, manage pipelines and collaborate with marketing, technical and customer success teams to achieve growth.

Ideal candidates bring experience in irrigated agriculture or horticulture, plus a proven ability to build partnerships and manage a sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience developing new business and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience with agricultural technology, software or technical products.
• Commercial confidence and strong follow-up skills.
• Good CRM discipline and organisational skills.
• Experience managing or supervising staff.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement a territory sales plan.
• Meet with growers, farm managers, agronomists & agribusinesses.
• Grow existing customer base and new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with industry partners and referral networks.
• Represent the business at field days, conferences & industry events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts & sales activity.
• Lead and support team members within the territory.
