Circularity Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our irrigation and landscaping services retail, drive sales across retail and trade channels, and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will manage staff and inventory, provide expert technical advice on irrigation systems and related products, and shape the growth strategy while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in irrigation, landscaping, hardware, plumbing, or a closely related industry.
• Previous experience managing a branch or retail operation.
• Proven success in retail sales and business-to-business / trade sales environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing or leading a small team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in technical or customer-facing situations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with trade accounts and repeat business clients.

Branch Manager – Irrigation & Landscaping Services

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day management of the retail operation within the irrigation and garden services business. This role leads sales growth, ensures exceptional customer service, manages staff and inventory, and contributes to the strategic development of the business. The position requires a hands‑on leader with strong technical knowledge, proven sales capability, and the ability to manage both retail (direct-to-public) and trade (B2B) customer relationships.
