Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a Territory Business Manager for NSW North to drive growth in Out of Home channels.

You will work to achieve monthly targets, develop existing customers, and expand the territory by acquiring new business while ensuring ROI from promotions and discounts. You will manage the sales pipeline, partner with distributors, and maintain accurate CRM data while complying with safety programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and territory management in autonomous, target-driven environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Proven negotiation abilities and CRM data handling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly territory targets and grow the Out of Home customer base.
• Develop existing customers' business and identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain a new business pipeline; visit accounts and ensure ROI through assets, discounts and promotions.
• Collaborate with distributors and manage partnerships in the territory.
• Maintain data in the CRM system and comply with OH&S programs.
