Job summary

Coldtrek SA Pty Ltd in Adelaide, SA is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow the out-of-home ice cream footprint across South Australia and Western Australia. You will win new business, expand existing accounts and push distribution of Magnum, Gaytime, Paddle Pop, Ben & Jerry's and other leading brands, with a plan to deliver ROI through promotions and assets.

A self-starter with 1-2 years field sales experience, a full driver's license, and strong communication and negotiation skills

• Achieve and over deliver monthly targets.

• Achievement of speed to market NPD and Core Range distribution targets.
• Deliver perfect store merchandise excellence within territory to drive impulse purchase.
• Negotiate best in class ROI agreements.
• Partner with Distributors in assigned territory.
• Some overnight travel to regional areas required.

Our main brands include Magnum, Gaytime, Paddle Pop, Ben and Jerry's and many more market leading Brands.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Achieve territory targets by growing the Out of Home customer base through acquiring new business & developing existing customers business. Increase product distribution across the territory through a planned approach whilst ensuring that accounts return an ROI through assets, discounts and promotions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve and over deliver monthly targets

Manage and maintain a new business pipeline to expand customer base
