Job summary

Milwaukee Tool Australia & New Zealand is seeking an End User Specialist - Plumbing to cover the Sunshine Coast to Hervey Bay region. You will engage with plumbers, contractors and industry pros to demonstrate solutions and drive conversions.

You will build trusted relationships, demonstrate products hands-on, and operate within a high-performing team to grow market share while representing a leading brand across events and partner networks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Trade, Field Sales or End User Sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Valid full driver’s license with a clean record.
• Willingness to travel overnight when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive market share growth through targeted user engagement and on-site product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
• Proactively acquire new customers and convert existing users from competitor brands.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
• Plan territory efficiently to maximise productivity and reporting.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records to support planning and KPI delivery.
• Provide regular updates on performance and opportunities to management.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives and distribution partners to maximise value.
