Milwaukee Tools offers a dynamic End User Specialist - Plumbing role across the Sunshine Coast to Hervey Bay region. You will engage plumbers, contractors and professionals, delivering world-class solutions and driving product conversion.

You’ll build trusted relationships, demonstrate products, and support growth with the backing of a leading brand. The role requires strong relationship-building, solution-selling capabilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Trade, Field Sales or End User Sales experience.
• Confident communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisation, time management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Full driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Willingness to travel overnight when required.
• Experience using CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive market share growth through targeted user engagement and on-site product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners in the region.
• Proactively acquire new customers and convert existing users from competitors.
• Identify sales opportunities and execute strategies to grow market share.
• Plan territory efficiently and manage time to maximise productivity.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records to support planning, reporting and KPI delivery.
• Provide regular updates on performance, activity and opportunities to management.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives and distribution partners to create value.
• Represent the Milwaukee brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
