Job summary

Milwaukee Tools is seeking an End-User Specialist based in Mackay to grow market share across the plumbing category. You will work with end users, partners and distributors to demonstrate Milwaukee products, provide technical expertise and build relationships in Mackay and the Whitsundays region.

This field‑based role requires a proactive, results‑driven salesperson with strong communication skills, CRM experience (desirable) and a willingness to travel overnight as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Trade, Field Sales or End User Sales is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and educate users.
• Strong organisation, time management and problem solving capabilities.
• Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel overnight when required and maintain a full driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive market share growth through targeted user engagement and on-site product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in Mackay and Whitsundays.
• Proactively acquire new customers and convert existing users from competitor brands.
• Identify sales opportunities and execute strategies to drive market share growth.
• Plan territory effectively to maximise productivity and Salesforce CRM records are kept up to date.
• Provide regular updates on performance and opportunities to management.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to create value for Milwaukee and partners.
