Job summary

Red Bull Australia is seeking a Striker (Field Sales Representative) to own a geographical patch and drive distribution of Red Bull products in corporate and independent accounts. You will represent the brand, deliver Perfect Store execution, and build strong relationships with retailers.

In this role you will prospect new business, visit accounts, and execute promotions, while leveraging MVP values. A valid driver's license and Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience.
• FMCG experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to manage and cultivate good working relationships.
• Strong selling skills (negotiation and objection handling) and commercial awareness.
• Organised, detail oriented, able to work solo and in a team.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Valid full driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined territory to grow distribution.
• Build relationships with 3rd party partners and retailers.
• Execute calls and visits regularly to drive Perfect Store standards.
• Develop long-term relationships with key customers and new leads.
• Presell and execute displays during promotions across channels.
