Job summary

Red Bull Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a defined geographic patch, delivering distribution and in-store execution across corporate and independent accounts. You will build strong relationships with partners, master power selling techniques, and expand Red Bull's footprint in your territory.

Key responsibilities include visiting accounts, driving availability, and executing displays aligned with Perfect Store standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience required.
• FMCG experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to manage and cultivate good working relationships.
• Strong selling skills (negotiation and objection handling) and commercial awareness.
• Naturally organised, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• A valid and full driver’s license is required.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Territory ownership delivering against targets and metrics for independent, corporate grocery and P&C accounts.
• Build close relationships with 3rd party partners to collaborate and win in territory.
• Master power selling techniques and embrace MVP values.
• Strategically approach a defined territory with allocated calls and visits.
• Help increase distribution width and depth in existing customers.
• Drive in-store presence and display execution during promotions.
