Job summary

BD is a global leader in medical technology helping healthcare teams adopt innovative oncology solutions across Victoria and Tasmania. This Oncology Sales Specialist role partners with oncology clinicians, pharmacists and healthcare leaders to drive adoption of BD's oncology portfolio in VIC East and Tasmania.

You will deliver product demonstrations, clinical education and in-service training, while supporting best practices for hazardous drug handling.

Qualifications

• Experience working within Oncology or Haematology.
• Strong understanding of chemotherapy administration and patient care pathways.
• Exposure to hazardous drug handling practices and closed-system transfer devices.
• Confidence presenting, educating and influencing clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of BD's oncology portfolio across hospitals VIC East and Tasmania.
• Partner with Oncology and Haematology Nurses, Nurse Unit Managers, Educators, Pharmacists and other stakeholders.
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical education and in-service training.
• Support healthcare professionals in implementing best practice around hazardous drug preparation and administration.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians and decision-makers across territory.
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption and improve customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with BD's clinical and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Attend conferences and education sessions to stay connected to the oncology community.
