Job summary

Stryker's Joint Replacement division is seeking a Territory Manager for the Gold Coast, QLD. Represent a leading portfolio supporting hip and knee replacement procedures, including MAKO robotic-arm technology. You will work with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital staff to drive sales and education across the territory.

Travel across the Gold Coast region is required, with opportunity to contribute to major product launches and territory growth within a global medical technology leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in medical device or healthcare sales or similar.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the Gold Coast and surrounding regions.
• Valid driver's licence required.

Required Qualifications

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Medical Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, clinical support, or a related customer-facing healthcare role.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the Gold Coast and surrounding regions.
• Valid driver's licence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in orthopaedic, trauma, sports medicine, reconstruction, or implantable medical device sales.
• Experience supporting healthcare professionals within operating theatre environments.
• Experience managing a sales territory and delivering against revenue targets.
• Experience working with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
