Job summary

Eaton is seeking a driven Territory Manager to grow and manage sales across Sydney/South West Corridor and Wollongong for CPC Components. You will build and sustain relationships with Electrical Contractors, Distributors, OEMs and end users, delivering value through solutions and service in a competitive market.

You will report to the National Sales Manager and work from Sydney or Wollongong. The role offers a competitive salary, incentive, car allowance and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Experience in electrical industry or related technical market.
• Knowledge of low-voltage electrical solutions preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a large territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, profit and growth targets across your territory.
• Manage and grow relationships with Electrical Wholesalers and Channel Partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and key projects.
• Influence consultants, contractors, end users and other decision-makers.
• Provide product training, technical presentations and solution-based support.
• Negotiate major opportunities and act as a trusted advisor.
• Gather market intelligence and provide industry insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver project outcomes.
