Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Business Development Manager to own the IT channel growth across NSW and ACT, focusing on single-phase UPS, racks, PDU, software and services. You will drive orders, revenue, and market share by building partner capability with distributors, resellers, system integrators and key end customers.

This role requires travel across NSW and ACT and close collaboration with sales, marketing, presales and product teams to tailor solutions, justify commercial value, and manage a robust

Qualifications

• Experience in IT channel sales or data centre sectors.
• Ability to forecast, manage the pipeline and price proposals.
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Tertiary or trade qualifications in Electrical Eng or Business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve orders, revenue, margin, and growth targets in NSW and ACT IT channel.
• Develop territory and partner plans with distributors and resellers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
