Job summary

Adaptalift Group has launched a major national JCB dealership and seeks a driven Territory Manager to establish JCB in the Central Coast and Newcastle region. You will grow new business, manage key accounts, and deliver equipment solutions to construction and earthmoving clients.

This role offers a strong base salary with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle and OEM product training. You will travel across Somersby NSW to build market share and hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales or territory management.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop pipeline and close deals.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline across contractors and earthmoving firms.
• Develop trusted client relationships and manage accounts.
• Demonstrate JCB equipment, prepare quotations, and close sales.
• Own and develop your territory with a structured call plan.
