Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success in the Riverina region, ideally based near Deniliquin. You will lead prospecting, present Halter’s cattle-management technology, and close deals while delivering ongoing support post‑sale.

You’ll build deep relationships within the beef industry, own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, and travel frequently within your territory to engage farmers and partners. A proactive, results‑driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in value-based sales with a track record of creating opportunities and closing deals.
• Familiarity with beef operations or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Proactive, resilient, and takes ownership of results.
• Ability to manage a large territory and balance sales with customer success.
• Strong problem solving, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and expansion to source new leads and opportunities; manage full sales pipeline.
• Hitting sales targets through screening, qualifying, product demos, and contract negotiations.
• Customer account management post-sale, ongoing support, and smooth onboarding handoff.
• Territory ownership with deep relationships across the beef industry and local groups.
• Customer onboarding and deployment of Halter’s product.
• Gather field learnings and feedback to drive cross-functional improvements.
• Collaborating with Support to resolve customer issues quickly and ensure full support.
