Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across the Limestone Coast region of South Australia. You will execute sales strategies, build enduring relationships, and travel frequently to engage farmers, support onboarding, and ensure long-term value from Halter’s solutions.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Product, Support and regional teams to share field insights and optimize performance, aiming to support Halter’s mission of productive, sustainable farming

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities, closing deals and building lasting relationships.
• Beef industry experience or strong willingness to learn about cattle operations.
• Positive, energetic attitude; thrive under pressure and own your results.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new leads and opportunities; manage full sales pipeline from lead generation to close.
• Meet high-growth sales targets through qualification, product demos and contract negotiations.
• Maintain post-sale relationships, onboarding and deployment support to ensure continued value.
• Own your territory; build relationships with regional agricultural groups across the beef industry.
• Assist in end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment of Halter’s product.
• Gather customer feedback and share field insights with Support, Product and R&D to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Support to resolve issues and ensure customers are fully supported.
