Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in Australia to drive growth and ensure customer success across a designated territory. You will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships, and meet ambitious targets while representing Halter on the ground.

The role requires proactive, hands-on leadership, expansion focus, and a commitment to long-term customer satisfaction. Youll collaborate with Product, Support and regional sales teams to ensure Halters technology meets farmers needs,

Qualifications

• Sales and customer success expertise with a track record of creating opportunities and closing deals.
• Experience or strong passion for beef industry operations and farm dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and expansion: source leads, manage full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demoing the product, and negotiating contracts.
• Manage customer accounts post-sale for ongoing satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
