Job summary

Halter in Australia seeks a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across the Limestone Coast region of South Australia. You will act as Halter’s on-the-ground representative, expand our beef farming footprint, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value for farmers.

You’ll travel within your territory, manage a robust sales pipeline, and own full life-cycle from prospecting to onboarding, with a bias for action and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals and nurturing customer relationships.
• Beef industry knowledge or strong willingness to rapidly learn operations on farm.
• Must be highly motivated, energetic, and capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Expansion: Source new leads and opportunities; manage full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Hitting Sales Targets: Meet high-growth sales targets through qualification, product demos, and contract negotiations.
• Customer Account Management: Maintain relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and successful onboarding.
• Territory Ownership: Own your territory, build relationships with regional agricultural groups.
• Customer Onboarding: Lead end-to-end onboarding and deployment to ensure smooth transition to Halter.
• Field Learnings & Feedback: Gather customer feedback and share field insights with Support, Product, and R&D teams.
• Collaborating with Support Teams: Partner with Support to resolve issues promptly and support customers.
