Job summary

Alloggio is seeking a Client Services Executive to manage a portfolio of holiday accommodation on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll oversee guest experiences, check-ins/outs, and the frontline operations of the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams, reporting to the Portfolio Manager.

You will build productive relationships with property owners, drive revenue growth, and coordinate maintenance with vendors. A current driver’s license and Australian work rights are required; local knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing accommodation assets profitably.
• Strong local contacts and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial acumen, with a record of growing revenue or properties.
• Experience with RMS, HomHero, Guesty, Hirum or Zoho.
• Current driver’s licence and Australian work rights.

About the role

As Client Services Executive, you’ll be the direct point of contact for property owners, helping them get the most from their investment. You’ll manage and grow an assigned portfolio, look after the guest experience, and lead the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams. You’ll report to the Portfolio Manager, with support from Alloggio’s central teams.
