Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and sales growth.
• Track record of expanding customer bases and developing key accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills tailored to B2B buyers.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a national team.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development - identify, approach and secure new commercial customers across the territory.
• Account Management - strengthen existing relationships and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Territory Growth - develop and execute strategies to increase market presence and revenue.
• Customer Engagement - conduct regular customer meetings, site visits and follow-ups.
• Major Projects & Opportunities - identify and pursue commercial projects, tenders and strategic supply opportunities.
• Sales Pipeline Management - manage leads, opportunities and CRM activity to drive results.
• Internal Collaboration - work with Sydney Tools stores and national sales team to deliver excellent outcomes.
