Job summary

McIlwain Civil Engineering is seeking a Submissions Coordinator to join our Precontracts team in North Sydney, NSW. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering high-quality tenders, submissions and expressions of interest, in collaboration with our NSW estimating team.

You will manage submission schedules, collate content, maintain templates and coordinate input from internal stakeholders and external consultants where required. Experience in civil construction is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications/Journalism and/or Marketing or related.
• Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience OR 5 years industry-related experience/experience in a similar role.
• Experience in civil construction (highly regarded).
• T4NSW experience (highly desirable).
• Skilled in basic Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate submission schedules, gather and review content, manage supporting documentation and ensure submissions are accurate, professional and delivered on time.
• Contribute to maintaining submission templates, company information and capability materials, while coordinating input from internal stakeholders and external consultants where required.
