Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is supporting a leading Australian infrastructure contractor in NSW to hire an experienced Submissions Manager. The role centers on securing work by delivering high‑quality tenders, EOIs and proposals across rail, transport and civil projects.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, estimating, commercial and delivery teams to coordinate content, manage submission programmes and ensure compliance and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering bids in construction, infrastructure or engineering.
• Experience as Submissions Manager, Bid Manager or similar.
• Strong written communication and document management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end submissions across tenders, EOIs and proposals.
• Coordinate contributions from estimating, commercial, delivery and leadership.
• Manage submission programmes, timelines and compliance requirements.
• Review and improve bid content, presentations and supporting documentation.
• Maintain submission collateral, project experience records, CV libraries and templates.
• Support strategic pursuits and major opportunities across the wider pre-contracts function.
