Job summary

Rexel Australia is seeking a detail‑driven tender coordinator to join our fast‑paced projects team. You will prepare and submit compliant commercial project quotations, maintain registers and databases, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep submissions on track.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop your career with Rexel.
• Ability to work autonomously while supporting a busy project team.
• Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Confidence using technology (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, web-based tools).
• Strong customer service skills and a solutions-focused approach.
• Electrical Industry experience would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit compliant commercial project quotations.
• Maintain quotation registers, databases, source lists and project records
• Communicate requirements and updates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Archive project files and follow up on outstanding documentation. Support timely, accurate and compliant project submissions.
• Assist with project-related enquiries and deliver responsive support to the wider network
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and successful project outcomes
