Rexel Australia is seeking an Internal Sales professional to support customers across mining and industrial sectors. You will prepare quotations, source products, advise on technical solutions, and nurture valuable customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical wholesaling or building/construction industries.
• Experience serving customers in mining, industrial, or related sectors is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to spot sales opportunities and deliver customer-focused outcomes.
• Strong customer service mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Good attention to detail and professional approach.
• Solid product knowledge across electrical products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day requirements of customers across mining and industrial sectors, driving sales and ensuring high service levels.
• Provide product advice and technical support to customers.
• Prepare quotations, source products and follow up outstanding orders.
• Manage customer sales and projects, including DIFOT performance.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and solutions.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers to achieve the best outcomes for customers and the business.
• Capture sales activity and customer information in CRM in line with sales excellence.
