NSW Department of Communities and Justice – Parramatta NSW is seeking a Tenant Participation Officer to coordinate tenant engagement initiatives and enhance community wellbeing across Homes NSW communities. This role requires 80% in-office or field work within the Sydney District.

You will develop feedback mechanisms, build partnerships with tenants and government agencies, and support service improvements through events, meetings and targeted programs.

Formación

• Experience planning, coordinating and delivering community engagement activities/events.
• Strong administration and project support skills including meetings, venue bookings and records management.
• Clear written communication for flyers, reports and engagement materials.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver community-based projects and events to strengthen tenant participation.
• Develop and maintain tenant feedback mechanisms to inform service improvement.
• Build partnerships with tenants, community groups, government agencies and other stakeholders.
• Organise and contribute to tenant meetings, workshops and engagement forums.
• Identify community needs and contribute to local program development and evaluation.
• Provide project, event and administrative support including communications and reporting.
