Zusammenfassung

Centrecare is expanding its Entrypoint Perth team and seeks a Tenancy Support Officer to help clients access and sustain private rental housing. You will advocate for clients, engage with private landlords and support agencies, and provide short‑term mentoring, referrals, and skill development within a four to six‑week service period.

Key duties include assessing eligibility, coordinating referrals, and maintaining client records.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Real Estate, Community Services, or related field.
• Ability to advocate on behalf of clients and liaise with multiple agencies.
• Experience supporting individuals in housing stability and tenancy pathways.

Aufgaben

• Advocate on behalf of clients with real estate agents, landlords, emergency relief agencies and other tenancy-related bodies.
• Assist clients to sustain tenancy or find long-term rental within 4–6 weeks.
• Conduct assessments to determine eligibility for tenancy support services.
• Refer and oversee transition to ongoing support services and employment/education agencies.
• Maintain client records and prepare reports using various software systems.
