Job summary

City of Mount Gambier is seeking a proactive Leader to coordinate visitor servicing across information channels and uphold a consistent, brand-aligned experience that elevates the city's reputation as a premier destination.

You will guide the visitor servicing team within the Economy, Strategy and Engagement directorate, drive continuous improvement, innovation and service excellence, and contribute to Council's visitor economy objectives and strategic outcomes.

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of exceptional visitor servicing across all information and engagement channels.

• Contribute to Council’s visitor economy objectives and outcomes within the Economy, Strategy and Engagement team.

Lead and coordinate the delivery of exceptional visitor servicing across all visitor information and engagement channels, ensuring a consistent, high-quality and brand-aligned experience that enhances Mount Gambier’s reputation as a destination. Provide leadership and guidance to the visitor servicing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation and servicing excellence while contributing to the achievement of Council’s visitor economy objectives, strategic priorities and outcomes. The successful applicant will join the Economy, Strategy and Engagement team and play an important role in delivering visitor economy outcomes
