Job summary

Campbelltown City Council is seeking two Learning & Development Officers to design, facilitate and deliver staff development programs. You will apply adult learning principles, create engaging content and foster an inclusive learning environment to enhance our greatest asset—our people.

Two positions are available on temporary full-time contracts (up to 12 months) with a salary range of AU$103,151.11–AU$111,651.61 plus 12% super; 35 hours per week and flexible work arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in learning and development, human resources, education or related field.
• Demonstrated group learning facilitation experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and blended/e-learning.

Responsibilities

• Help develop, facilitate, and deliver staff development programs.
• Build relationships and foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Implement contemporary learning initiatives and content.
