Job summary

Campbelltown City Council is seeking two Learning & Development Officers to design, facilitate and deliver staff development programs. These temporary full-time roles offer opportunities to enhance learning through design, facilitation and delivery, using adult-learning principles and digital tools.

A collaborative team environment and onsite office located opposite Campbelltown Station are provided. Applicants should have qualifications in L&D/HR, experience in facilitator roles, and strong

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in learning and development, human resources, education or related field.
• Experience facilitating group learning across a range of audiences.
• Experience applying best-practice adult learning techniques.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and blended learning, incl. e-learning.
• Experience developing training content using a digital authoring tool (e.g. Articulate) or PowerPoint formats.
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships and an inclusive learning environment.
• Commitment to living our values of respect, integrity, trust, teamwork and optimism.
