Zusammenfassung

Transport for NSW is seeking a Manager Learning Design for a fixed-term opportunity up to 8 months in Petersham, NSW. You will lead the learning design and delivery for a large-scale Digital Systems Program, creating classroom, eLearning and simulator-based training for Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink cohorts.

You will coordinate with project teams, suppliers and SMEs to perform LNAs, develop LAS/TAS, and ensure high-quality, compliant content and assessments for safety-critical roles.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of experience designing, developing and evaluating learning solutions in complex environments.
• At least one year managing a Learning Design team in a fast-paced setting.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead learning design and delivery for the Digital Systems Program, including classroom, eLearning and simulators.
• Develop Learning Needs Analyses (LNA) and Learning and Assessment Strategies (LAS).
• Deliver quality, competency-based assessments for safety-critical roles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, regulators, and industry experts to align learning with business needs.
