Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a Strata Manager to join a well-established property business in Surry Hills on a temporary basis, with potential to go permanent for the right person. The role offers 9:00am–5:00pm hours and a 100% office-based arrangement in a central location.

The position covers responding to strata enquiries, coordinating repairs, setting up AGMs, and liaising with owners, tenants and contractors.

• Setting up and coordinating AGMs
• Liaising with owners, tenants and contractors
• General strata administration and support

About You

• Previous experience as a Strata Manager
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident managing enquiries and day-to-day strata matters
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running
• Property IQ experience highly regarded
• Available to work fully office-based

• Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
