Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio in the Eastern Suburbs and inner west. You'll liaise with Owners Corporations, prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes, and coordinate maintenance across 58 buildings.

This role offers 3 days WFH, car space, phone and computer provided, and a supportive, long-term environment with salary growth based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Strata Manager, with a proven track record in managing owners corporations and committees.
• Strong organisational, budgeting and meeting coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Owners Corporation as required.
• Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
• Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs.
• Convene and conduct meetings – via Zoom & in person.
• No accounts and lots of administration support will be provided.
• Manage a portfolio of 58 buildings.
• Mostly located in Eastern Suburbs / inner west; blocks of 6 to 18 units.
• Residential, mixed-use and a factory complex as applicable.
