Job summary

Adecco Australia Group is seeking a diligent Service Coordinator/Administrator for a temporary Ringwood-based assignment. You will coordinate service bookings, manage technicians across sites, and ensure timely scheduling while handling customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

This 100% office-based role runs Oct 12 to Dec 23 (TBC), Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or service coordination.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls for service and repair bookings.
• Scheduling service technicians across multiple sites.
• Logging jobs and booking information into the company system.
• Coordinating urgent and emergency works.
• Managing and responding to customer email enquiries.
• Following up on incomplete jobs and re-booking return visits.
• Liaising with technicians, workshop staff and customers.
• Setting up new clients, sites and service jobs.
• Converting approved quotations into scheduled jobs.
• Prioritising work based on customer requirements and urgency.
• Maintaining accurate records and data integrity.
• Providing exceptional customer service and communication throughout the process.
