Job summary

Andrew's Mobile Windscreens in Townsville is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Administration professional for a temporary role (40 hours per week) that could extend to full-time permanent for the right person. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling face-to-face visits, phone calls, emails, quotes, parts orders, and coordinating fitters' daily job flow.

The role requires clear communication, excellent customer service, accurate data entry, and good MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Accounts receivable and payable data entry and reconciliation.
• Monitoring email inboxes to ensure fast response times.
• Supporting simple and project-based jobs, including those in remote locations.
