Job summary

Andrew's Mobile Windscreens in Townsville is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Administration professional for a temporary role (40 hours per week) that could extend to full-time permanent for the right person. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling face-to-face visits, phone calls, emails, quotes, parts orders, and coordinating fitters' daily job flow.

The role requires clear communication, excellent customer service, accurate data entry, and good MS Office skills.

Andrew's Mobile Windscreens is part of the Australian Specialised Machinery Glass Group. We are proud family-owned businesses and one of Queensland’s largest independent automotive glazing companies.

We're currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and friendly Customer Service & Administration Professional to join our close-knit Townsville team. This is a Temporary Role, 40 hours per week, and will be extended to a Full-Time Permanent Role for the right person.

About the Role
