Job summary

Mobile Windscreens and Tinting Pty Ltd – Warwick Farm NSW is seeking a vibrant, friendly admin and customer service professional to support daily operations and front-line service for AutoGlass customers. You will answer calls, respond to emails, greet visitors and help manage bookings.

Training provided; you’ll work with a dedicated team and coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs are completed and data kept up to date in CRM.

Qualifications

• Previous strong experience in sales required.
• Previous experience in Auto Glass a plus but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the manager and the running of daily operations
• Answering customer phone calls and responding to emails
• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a warm and professional front-office presence
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
• Confirm all customer bookings for the next day
• Providing quotes and processing leads and follow up of quotes (all training will be provided)
• Explore customer needs and educate them on our full scope of services
• Liaise with clients and technicians to ensure jobs are completed
• Checking invoices against purchase orders
• Types memos, correspondence, reports and other documents
• Providing administrative assistance to key internal staff
• Record and update customer data and issues efficiently in CRM/support systems.
