Pilbara Windscreen Experts Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive receptionist to manage the front office, greet customers, handle enquiries, and coordinate bookings for workshop fittings and mobile callouts. The role emphasizes strong communication and clerical accuracy in a busy service environment.

You will support management and the technicians team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer experiences. This is an in-person, WA-based position with competitive annual pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of reception experience or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sound computer skills including word processing, email and record-keeping in a booking system
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks at a busy counter and work accurately under pressure
• Australian citizen or permanent resident

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the front office, directing visitors as needed
• Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, email and written correspondence with information on services and pricing
• Operate the main telephone line, screen calls and transfer messages as required
• Book and record customer appointments for workshop fittings and mobile callouts, maintain diaries and run sheets
• Provide customers with job updates and respond to general enquiries
• Maintain a tidy front counter and refreshment supplies
• Resolve or escalate customer complaints as appropriate
• Arrange travel and accommodation for technicians covering remote sites
• Perform general clerical tasks, including quotes, data entry and filing of records
• Check customer purchase orders against completed work
