Job summary

DHL Express in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Sales professional to drive revenue by winning new and existing clients. You will contact leads, revisit prospects, and cold call to expand the customer base, while collaborating across teams to ensure customer success.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday during standard business hours. You will manage relationships, identify growth opportunities, and maintain consistent call cycles with customers to maximize results.

Qualifications

• Strong quality sales experience is required.
• Motivation to achieve predetermined targets.
• Exceptional telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong organisational skills.
• Reliability and a can do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Achieve predetermined revenue targets by identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients.
• Contact sales leads, revisiting previous prospects and cold calling.
• Communicate cross functionally with all stakeholders to ensure the customers' success.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
• Maintain a regular call cycle with our customers to identify opportunities for growth.
• This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
