Job summary

DHL Express is offering two full-time permanent positions in Brisbane for Lead Qualifiers to drive new opportunities and achieve targets. The role involves qualifying opportunities via outbound calls, meeting monthly targets, and participating in coaching and team events.

Training will be provided, with a clear career path toward Sales Representative and Sales Manager. Working hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, in a supportive, incentive-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or cold calling is beneficial, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Qualify new and existing opportunities via outbound telephone calls.
• Achieve monthly lead and call targets.
• Regular and timely coaching to help you smash your goals.
• Regular team building, motivational days and annual team events.
• Career growth pathway from Lead Qualifier to Sales Representative, Sales Manager, and more.
• We have 2x full-time permanent position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 4.30pm.
