Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking an experienced Application Maintenance Lead to oversee telecom application maintenance, performance, and incident resolution. You will lead a team of engineers, drive best practices, and partner with IT teams to ensure high availability and reliable service delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years in telecom app maintenance, strong leadership, and a solid ITIL foundation to continuously improve support processes and stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/telecom; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years in telecom app maintenance and support.
• Proven leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL or similar service frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of application maintenance engineers.
• Oversee maintenance of telecom applications with high availability.
