Job summary

ITbility on the Gold Coast is seeking a seasoned telecom professional to bridge business, delivery and operational teams while driving Agile transformation across large-scale network and service delivery environments. The role requires strong field operations exposure and a proven track record in Agile leadership.

You will coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners, facilitate ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and PI Planning, and build continuous improvement frameworks across field operations,

Qualifications

• Lead Agile transformation initiatives across field operations and network delivery teams.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and operational leaders on Agile principles and best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Reviews, PI Planning, and Value Stream workshops.
• Build Agile maturity and establish continuous improvement frameworks.
• 10+ years in telecommunications. Strong exposure to: Network Operations, Field Services, Service Assurance, Service Delivery, Infrastructure Rollout Programs, Fiber and Fixed Wireless Networks, Workforce Management.
• Certifications CSP, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Desirable).
• All candidates should have full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Delivery Managers and operations leaders on Agile practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Reviews, PI Planning and Value Stream workshops.
• Establish and grow Agile maturity through continuous improvement programs across the organization.
