Indara is seeking an experienced maintenance and asset management leader to deliver critical infrastructure projects and maintenance programs in the St Leonards/Sydney region. You will drive reactive and proactive maintenance, manage contractors and coordinate resources across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires strong risk and safety focus, data-driven decision making, and experience implementing reliability improvements in asset-intensive environments.

Formación

• Significant experience leading maintenance, operations or infrastructure delivery activities.
• Experience managing reactive and corrective maintenance, incidents and emergency works.
• Led maintenance programs and projects including scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Strong contractor and supplier management with performance tracking and negotiations.
• Balanced focus on cost, safety, asset condition and customer impact.

Responsabilidades

• Lead reactive, corrective and defect-driven maintenance activities.
• Oversee maintenance programs, projects and improvement initiatives with clear delivery plans.
• Manage contractor performance and coordinate resources.
• Monitor asset performance, defects and reliability improvements.
• Provide input to asset planning and lifecycle activities; improve reporting and records.
• Collaborate across Asset Management, Property, Engineering and Finance.
