Job summary

Aussie Broadband is seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator to bridge customers with internal teams, coordinating voice and data service solutions and managing service delivery. You’ll be a trusted contact for customers and stakeholders in this permanent role.

You’ll oversee contracts, coordinate with suppliers and partners, and help drive quality customer experiences in a collaborative team environment. Flexible working arrangements available.

Qualifications

• Three years of proven customer service experience.
• Knowledge of telco voice and data services preferred.
• Ability to write clearly for different audiences.
• Organised with strong time management skills.
• Able to work independently within a collaborative team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer solutions and ensure successful delivery to customers and stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement and logistics to keep projects on track.
• Manage customer contracts and Service Level Agreements.
• Perform quality checks after implementation to maintain high standards.
• Respond to inbound calls and enquiries with empathy and clarity.
• Liaise with management and wholesale suppliers to resolve order issues promptly.
